Gary Maclean is Executive Chef at the college and the winner of MasterChef: The Professionals. He is Scotland's National Chef, appointed by the Scottish Government to promote Scotland as a Good Food Nation. In this role, Gary celebrates the rich larder of produce that Scotland has available and advocates the use of locally sourced, healthy, sustainable and affordable food.

We're delighted to welcome you back to our events with Gary including demos, masterclasses and the very popular Saturday Cook School.

  • Evening Masterclass (includes a free copy of Gary's latest book 'Scottish Kitchen') - 4 evenings on Tues 14, 21, 28 February and 7 March (£125).
